Not Taking Teachers to Court BELLEVUE, WA (KPLU) - The Bellevue School District doesn't want to use the courts to force striking teachers back to work. They want to negotiate a settlement, despite the likelihood that the courts would side with the district, and that would be a fast way to get school started.
