Local Home Sales Fall in August SEATTLE, WA (KPLU) - If you're trying to sell a home in the Puget Sound region, you're still better off than in many parts of the country.
But August statistics show a dramatic decline in both the number of homes sold and the median prices in King County.
And that picture is similar in neighboring counties.
