Out of State Gay Political Donors Targeted NW Legislative Races SEATTLE, WA (KPLU) - A network of wealthy, out-of-state gay rights advocates targeted legislative races in Washington and Oregon last year. In Washington, it appears they poured more than 25-thousand dollars into six swing district races. This coordinated effort went undetected until now - six months after the election.
