State Schools Superintendent Randy Dorn will ask the legislature to delay math and science test requirements for Washington high schoolers, set to begin in 2011. Dorn says the delay is the best way to avoid what he calls a "big problem" with the tests and their implementation. More from KPLU Education reporter Gary Davis.
