Seattle police say DNA evidence links Christopher Monfort to the killing of an officer on Halloween night and to an earlier fire bombing of police cars. Monfort is in Harborview Medical Center, having been shot by police after he pulled a gun on officers trying to talk with him about the crimes. KPLU Law and Justice Reporter Paula Wissel has the story.
