Seattle's Tunnel-Viaduct Anxiety Dominates Local Elections

(KPLU) - Besides electing a new mayor this November, Seattle voters will be picking four city council members. Candidates are talking about plenty of issues, but one item keeps coming up in all of these races -- the proposal to build a deep-bored tunnel to replace the aging highway along the city's waterfront. KPLU's Keith Seinfeld talked to political analyst C.R. Douglas of the Seattle Channel about this year's election.
