SEATTLE, WA (KPLU) - The Washington Huskies beat the Washington State Cougars in the Apple Cup 30 to 0. Sports Commentator Art Thiel tells KPLU's Kirsten Kendrick neither team has much to cheer about - for the second year in a row.
