TACOMA, WA (KPLU) - How does a community heal after a little girl is murdered. One Tacoma neighborhood is seeking solace in the creation of an outdoor play space designed by the kids who live there. KPLU Reporter Paula Wissel attended the groundbreaking and has the story.
