Officials in the city of Bothell say a homeless camp on church property could violate city code, so they^ ve filed a lawsuit. The legal move did not dampen spirits at the new Tent City, however. As KPLU's Paula Wissel reports, the encampment took shape with the help of hundreds of supporters. Tent City organizers settled for a temporary stay on church land after stiff opposition surfaced to a plan to camp on county property.
