Whenever there is a new moon, dancing white rabbits, large owls and
beds floating on water seem to appear out of nowhere. These visions are real, and they might show up at a park near you.They're the work of artist Lucia Neare. The outdoor performances are part of her year long series. KPLU's Jennifer Wing talks with Neare about the work she calls "Lullaby Moon".
