Uninsured Rate Spikes Upward in Washington

(KPLU) - Thousands of people are facing higher fees for subsidized state health insurance. The Basic Health Plan will raise rates by an average of 70%. Many people may end up dropping their coverage. And they're not alone. The state Insurance Commissioner estimates the rate of uninsured is reaching an all-time high in Washington. KPLU health and science reporter Keith Seinfeld explains:
