Still Lots to Argue About in Viaduct Replacement

SEATTLE (KPLU) - After years of heated debate, endless stakeholder meetings and an advisory election, Governor Chris Gregiore signed a law to replace the aging Alaskan Way Viaduct with a deep-bore tunnel. So, that's the end of it, right? As KPLU environment reporter Liam Moriarty explains, it's not quite that simple.
