SEATTLE, WA (KPLU) - There's an old rule in politics that when a social problem reaches the middle class, politicians respond. That might explain why this summer Congress expects to tackle healthcare reform. As more-and-more people lose their jobs, the new face of the uninsured has become middle-income Americans.
