In the midst of deep budget cuts, Washington state is embracing a bold goal: make "affordable" heath care available to all its citizens by 2014. That's just five years from now. The call for universal health coverage is part of a bill Governor Chris Gregoire signed into law. KPLU's Austin Jenkins reports.
