Microsoft Results - Look to Q4 SEATTLE, WA (KPLU) - Microsoft reported much-anticipated financial results yesterday. There was no announcement of additional layoffs that were rumored earlier this week. But the Redmond software giant posted its first-ever decline in revenue since it went public 23 years ago.
