The mystery of the human voices and piercing sonar pings recorded on underwater microphones in the San Juan Islands Tuesday night has been solved. The U-S Navy has confirmed that a newly-repaired submarine was testing its sea legs after more than three years in the Navy Shipyard in Bremerton. KPLU environment reporter Liam Moriarty has more.
