Wired to Care Author Discusses NW Companies

SEATTLE, WA (KPLU) - The missing ingredient for many companies that flounder is something we all started learning about in kindergarten. Firms that prosper tend to have widespread empathy. That's the theory at the heart of a new book by Dev Patnaik, called "Wired to Care." He's also the CEO of a strategy firm called Jump. KPLU's Bellamy Pailthorp met with him and has this interview about some of the northwest companies he's studied.
