When President Obama calls, you just can't say no. That's how King County Executive Ron Sims summed up his feelings at a bittersweet news conference. After months of speculation, he confirmed he's been asked to serve in the Obama administration -- as Deputy Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
