Kindie rock duo Sugar Free Allstars will perform live at the “Blue Seven Clad Stache Sugar Free Allstars Back-to-School Bash,” a free public event from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16 at Blue Seven, an apparel, home and gift shop located at 7518 N. May Ave.
The event will include free haircuts by Kenny Nunnelee from The Shop on 8th (a barber shop and men’s clothing store set to open Aug. 21 at 3 N.E. 8th St.), two food trucks: Twist Gourmet Pretzels and Roxy’s Ice Cream Social, and a live performance by Kindie rock duo Sugar Free Allstars. Live music starts at 1 p.m.
Custom bow tie maker The Clad Stache will introduce the Truman at the event, a new fashion line for kids that includes unisex bow ties, and neck ties, suspenders and scarves for boys. The line officially launches this spring.
Founded in Oklahoma City by Taylor Hanna in 2012, The Clad Stache is the official bow tie maker for the Sugar Free Allstars. Hanna will offer demonstrations throughout the event for those who want to learn to tie a bow tie.
