Black liquor subsidy set to expire SNOWFLAKE, AZ (knau) - For the past several months KNAU has reported on the struggles of the Catalyst Paper Mill in Snowflake. Over the last year they've been forced to shut down the plant one week a month. That means less pay for the mill's 300 plus workers. But come January they hope to return to full capacity.
