GEUS to approve budget Thursday GREENVILLE (ketr) - The local electric utility system in Greenville prepares to approve its budget Thursday. The Board of Trustees for GEUS are scheduled to adopt the budget as part of its regular meeting at 6 p.m. in the GEUS Service Center located at 6000 Joe Ramsey Boulevard. No increase is expected for consumer's base electric rates, and there has been no increase in the rate since the GEUS Board was formed in 1988.
