Two shooting suspects still in custody HUNT COUNTY (ketr) - Two people are still being held in connection to a recent shooting in North Hunt County. James Robert Lemons and Karen Curtis Cox remain in custody in the Hunt County Jail. Lemons, the man identified as the shooter, is seeking the appointment of an attorney, a reduction in his bond or both during a hearing today. Cox, the wife of the victim, will also appear in court today. The victim in the case, Darryl Cox, was transported to a hospital after being shot in the stomach during the incident at his residence near Merit earlier this month.
