Plea expected in Hunt, Hopkins County robberies
(2008-09-04)
(ketr) - A plea could come today in connection with an armed robbery. Michael Brandon Davis, of Garland, is one of three people indicted in connection with a string of reported armed robberies in Hunt and Hopkins counties earlier this year. Davis previously entered a plea of not guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon during his arraignment in July on the charges. He is scheduled to enter another plea to at least one of the indictments during a hearing Thursday. Davis, along with Brandon Lee Light, of Campbell, and Scott Christian Rich, of Garland were also suspects in the case.
