(2008-08-29)
(ketr) - Preparations are being made across Northeast Texas for the potential fallout from Tropical Storm Gustav. Three years after Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast, resulting in crowds of refugees migrating to Greenville; preparations are underway to potentially receive carloads of visitors displaced by a dangerous storm.
