District shuts downs amid fears of student with gun
CAMPBELL (ketr) - A local school district shuts down following a scary moment Monday.

The Campbell ISD was on lockdown for about 15 minutes after an individual was observed waiving what appeared to be a handgun outside the high school.

School officials would later catch the juvenile following a brief chase, during which the boy threw a BB gun into a ditch.

The unnamed subject was taken into custody for possession of a weapon. The individual had reportedly already been suspended from the school.
