FW Moves Ahead with Streetcar Plan Plans for a downtown Fort Worth Streetcar line are moving ahead. The city's Director of Planning and Development, Dana Bergdoff says the "Modern Streetcar Study Committee" is reviewing citizen input from three public hearings this week before compiling recommendations.
