A U.S. Judge has sentenced the leader of a high profile mortage fraud scheme to 13 years in federal prison. Raymond Zwego led a real estate investment company that bought about sixty area homes and obtained nearly twenty million dollars in mortgages by using falsified documents and straw buyers.
