Former Lawton Judge Disbarred
The Supreme Court found Lile submitted false travel claims and false expense claims while he was judge.
The Supreme Court says Lile filed almost weekly travel claims from June to October 2004 saying he was attending conferences, projects or meetings. Instead he was going to see his son in prison or to take care of legal and other issues involving the son.
The court says the false expenses claims were for personal purchases made by his assistant.
He also was found to have improperly getting involved in his son's drug cases.
Lile resigned as a judge in 2005.
