OU Earns NOAA Grant NORMAN, OK (kccu-fm) - The University of Oklahoma is getting a $3.8 million grant for a drought study.

Researchers will look at the risk of drought and how to forecast and manage drought in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee.
