Housing impact fee doubles in Gunnison: GUNNISON, CO (kbut) - An impact fee connected to building homes in Gunnison County was re-configured last week. This will significantly lower the fee in the northern part of the Gunnison Valley and more than double it in the rest of the county. Simultaneously, the Gunnison County Contractors' Association is facing a deadline to decide whether it will move forward with a lawsuit against the county.
