MU Offers Stress-Reduction Course

The university of Missouri is offering stress-reduction courses for students in September. Health center coordinator Terry Wilson says stress is an integral part of life- especially for college students. She says it's important for students to learn how to manage their stress. "Stress is just a part of life and it really comes down to how you manage it. Students can only learn and practice effective stress management strategy. So that is key. You cannot avoid stress."
