The Mizzou Tigers have won the first round of the NCAA tournament, defeating Cornell 78 to 59.

The Big 12 Conference Champs go on to play Milwaukee's Marquette University Warriors on Sunday in Boise, Idaho. This afternoon, students and university employees gathered in Jesse Auditorium to watch the show on the big screen.
Last time the Tigers made NCAA Tournament was in 2003, when the lost to Marquette in the second round
