A conflict between Civic Recycling and MU is leaving the University and the City of Columbia scrambling to pick up the slack with recycling on campus.

When Civic Recycling learned that they had six months to remove all of their bins from campus and discontinue their services, they decided to make the move immediately.

That has left the University without recycling pickup 6 months before the City of Columbia was planning to take over. © Copyright 2012, KBIA
