Stephens Board Names Presidential Search Committee COLUMBIA (KBIA) - The Stephens College Board of Trustees has named a presidential search committee to find a successor to outgoing president Marcia Kierscht. Kierscht is stepping down after eight years at the helm ofthe small liberal arts college in Columbia. She will remain on campus until May. Search Committee Chair George Ann Harding says the committee will keep the Stephens campus posted about the process, although the names of the candidates will not be publicized.
