E. coli found in leafy greens... again MONTEREY, CA (kazu) - It's been just over a year since an E. coli outbreak in fresh spinach killed 3 people and sickened 200. Now it feels like d j vu as E. coli was found in fresh leafy greens from another company with routes in Salinas Valley. No one has taken ill.
