Global warming prevention goes local MONTEREY, CA (kazu) - With the signing of the Global Warming Solutions Act last year, California is now committed to reach energy consumption levels of 1990 by 2020. But, efforts to reduce greenhouse emissions are already underway in local communities around the state.
