Natividad Hospital on the road to recovery SALINAS, CA (kazu) - Monterey County's only public hospital has been losing money for the last 20 years. Last year, Natividad Medical Center had a 20 million dollar deficit. County officials have turned to a consulting firm and the two other local hospitals for help.
