Three measures on land-use ballot SALINAS, CA (kazu) - Voters will have a chance to weigh in on the Monterey County General Plan in June's special election. The fundamental choice is between the development -friendly General Plan update that Supervisors approved early this year known as GPU4. Or the alternative slow-growth Community General Plan Initiative. But, when you go to the polls in June you'll see 3 measures on the ballot, not two. That's because Supervisors didn't act on Tuesday.
