Auction information:
May 12-16, 2008 7PM- 10PM LIVE
Donations:
Gift certificates, actual items/packages or services
$50 minimum in retail value for EACH item
Includes 3 live mentions each night and
Web exposure.
$250 (individual item or package):
Includes at least 12 live mentions in one night. Web exposure
$1,000 (individual item or package):
VIDEO PRODUCED SPOT (30 seconds in length) to air 8x each night of auction, AND included in auction fliers, spots and website.
$5,000 (individual item or package) or more: TV and RADIO underwriting spots (one per week on each station) for ONE YEAR on KAMU FM and TV, A VIDEO PRODUCED SPOT airs 8x nightly during auction.
Named in auction marketing spots, ads, news stories and website
You can give as many as you'd like- many businesses like to donate per night of the auction for MAXIMUM exposure! You may want to include different items each night to highlight your business, or items and gift certificates to bring customers to your location.
SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:
$300 - Sponsor a board for a night
Special guest auctioneers will refer to your board (round of items) all evening with your company's name.
$400 -Sponsor a SUPER board (round of items at $250 or more) for the night: Special guest auctioneers will refer to your board (round of items)all evening with your company's name.
$1000 - COMMUNITY PARTNER FULL NIGHT OF UNDERWRITING:
As a community partner, you and your employees and volunteers will have the opportunity to be recognized on-air in the community. You will get the visibility of providing the five auctioneers (if you wish) and you can supply the 15 volunteers for the phone bank. Many businesses wear their logo business shirts while answering the phones, as the cameras will show the phone banks often!
You can also provide a BANNER for the phone bank.
In addition, you will receive additional Thank you credits for at least one week following the auction on TV and FM.
