Ike's Final Battle: The Road to Little Rock and the Challenge of Equality, by celebrated author Kasey S. Pipes, has gained praise as an in-depth and mind-opening look at the unique struggles of this famous president. Pipes served in the Bush White House, wrote speeches for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and worked as chief author of the 2004 National Republican Party Platform.
