BOISE, IDAHO(idaho) -
Boise painter Charles Gill takes the usual and turns it into the extraordinary, still lifes, with floating objects in odd places. Abstract, colorful, orderly, Gill brings the surreal to life through massive paintings one of which hangs in the Boise Art Museum. But getting to this place in the art world took time and a lot of dedication. Boise State Radio's Jyl Hoyt has this profile of Charles Gill in this week's Art and Soul.
