Eagle Has Busiest Intersections in Ada BOISE IDAHO (idaho) - If you're stopped at a traffic light right now, chances are you're on Eagle road. Four intersections on that road made the Ada County Highway District list of top twelve busiest intersections in the County. The results provide more evidence that the Treasure Valley's population continues to move West and that Downtown Boise's streets are being traveled a lot, every day.
