BOISE, ID(idaho) -
After three hours of deliberation a federal jury in Boise unanimously agreed to sentence convicted killer Joseph Edward Duncan III to death. The death sentence came down in three counts:one for kidnapping Dylan and Shasta Groene; another for torturing young Dylan and finally for his death. Outside the federal courthouse, a family member said Justice had been served.
