A conversation about the Duncan trial
Samantha Wright, Don Wimberly (2008-08-27)
BOISE, ID (idaho) - After three hours of deliberation a federal jury in Boise unanimously agreed to sentence convicted killer Joseph Edward Duncan III to death. The death sentence came down in three counts:one for kidnapping Dylan and Shasta Groene; another for torturing young Dylan and finally for his death. Outside the federal courthouse, a family member said Justice had been served.

Boise State Radio's Don Wimberly has been following this two week long trial. He was in the courtroom today (Wednesday) when the verdict was read.
