Scooters May Not Be an Investment

BOISE IDAHO (idaho) - Gas prices have finally dropped a few cents, but most Idaho stations are still over four dollars a gallon. That small drop isn't slowing the efforts Idahoans are taking to get around those high gas prices. One of those ways is buying a scooter. Sales have been climbing for the past five years, but this year they jumped according to the Idaho Transportation Department. But, can a scooter really save you money?
