National Day of Prayer BOISE, ID (idaho) - Wednesday is the National Day of Prayer. What exactly is that? It's a day when people get together and pray in large numbers. But which people and who are they praying to and how much is government involved? A federal judge in Wisconsin says designating a Day of Prayer is unconstitutional. Why?
