Idaho college students are facing a crisis. Getting a degree is often the difference between being middle class and working poor. Now getting that degree will become even harder for the children of the working poor or the middle class. Students in Idaho are facing fee increases higher than 10% coming from budget cuts in the legislature. The higher the cost of education, the fewer people who have access to it. That's the message Idaho State University Students brought to lawmakers Thursday. As Boise State Radio's Adam Cotterell reports, the ISU students who protested at the state house spoke from the heart about their education crisis, but they did it in a whisper rather than a shout.
