State of the State - Otter

More budget cuts, consolidating state agencies - essentially doing away with at least one agency - and laying off more state employees. Those were just some of the broad concepts Governor Butch Otter outlined in Monday's State of the State speech. With a 50-million dollar hole in state revenue coffers, and a nationwide recession Otter's speech was a game-plan of sorts for an increasingly uncertain economic future. Boise State Radio's Samantha Wright reports.
