Possible Tuition Hikes Worry Students BOISE, ID (idaho) - Since World War II, the American Dream has included a college education. You go to high school, study hard, get into a good college, get a degree, and join the Middle Class! Not so anymore. The fallout from the worst recession in generations may very well mean Middle Class Americans are priced out of getting a college degree. Colleges and universities in Idaho have been given the go-ahead to raise tuition and fees to offset financial holdbacks and budget cuts.
