Your focus determines your reality. How you feel affects how you react to things, including stress. During our Stress Week Series, we've explored what stress is, and how it affects your body. But stress also affects your mind. And your mind affects how you deal with stress. To deal with stress, many say you must first deal with your mind. Sounds like a riddle, but it's simple.
