(idaho) - Stress! It's one of those things we all deal with in our daily lives. But what exactly is it and how do people cope? Stress is the body's normal physical response to threats real or perceived. It's also triggers the "Fight-or-Flight" reaction. While stress can be useful, there's a point at which it can cause major damage; to your health, your productivity and your relationships. As part of our "Stress Week" series we've already shared with you the physical effect of stress on the Body.
